- Price Promise
- If you find any product on our website advertised at a lower price somewhere else, simply let us know and we will beat it by 10%*!
- * Other product must be identical and the advertised price must be publicly available and verifiable by us on the day of reporting. Product prices derived from multiple purchase discounts, wholesale or bulk rates, prices only available to the membership of particular associations or from the sale of not new or damaged in any way goods will not be honoured. Overall cost must reflect shipping consideration also. Products advertised in GBP£ by overseas business's will not be matched due to varying import charges, must be for sale from a UK registered business.
- Shipping & Delivery
- All deliveries are sent from our Party Superstore Distribution Centre based in Essex. Please call us FREE if you have any queries about your delivery please contact us. Partyman guarantee to despatch your goods (subject to availability) within 3 working days of receipt. Usually we aim for this to be the same day if your order is received before 2.00pm (Mon - Fri) or the next working day. We will contact you by email on the day of despatch, so please ensure you have provided an accurate email address. Please note that our couriers and warehouse do not dispatch items or deliveries on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday.
- Free Delivery
- When you spend £49.00 or more you will receive standard free delivery. (Please allow up to 5 working days for deliveries Monday - Friday). This applies to all of Mainland UK, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Island and UK islands. Orders are normally delivered via our courier Parcel Force but we reserve the right to use any other carrier. Please allow up to 7 working days from despatch of your order to avopid dissapointment. Don't forget.... it's good to talk, so give us a call or email for some extra special care!!!! All Parcels require a signature. You will need to collect your parcel form your local Royal Mail sorting Office or your local Post Office if no-one is available to sign for the parcel at the time of delivery.
- 24 Hour Delivery (next working day)
- Our Special 24 Hour Delivery is only £6.99. Orders must be placed before 1.00pm Monday – Thursday. Friday, Saturday & Sunday Orders are dispatched on a Monday except on a Bank Holiday when they will be dispatched on a Tuesday.
- Standard Delivery
- Our Standard Delivery is £2.95 or free when you spend over £49.00. (Please allow up to 5 working days for deliveries Monday - Friday). - Please always leave us a contact telephone number on your orders. If we are unable to despatch your order within the designated time, we will contact you via email within 24 hours, so please make sure we have a valid email address. If we offer an alternative that is not acceptable, your order may be cancelled with no further obligation. All orders & deliveries are subject to availability. - If you have any problems with your order please contact our friendly team immediately and we will endeavour to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Where the return concerns a product incorrectly dispatched or faulty goods collection will be arranged at our cost. This Partyman Shop closely follows the distance selling regulations in the UK.
- Order progress can be checked and existing and past orders can be reviewed by logging into your account at any time.
